3.4 Updating Information
If any personal details change (email, payment information), please update your account. 53bd is not responsible for any complications arising from outdated information.
4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. To withdraw winnings from bonuses, the wagering requirement must be met (see section 5 for details).
4.3 Transaction Rejection
53bd reserves the right to suspend or reject any deposit or withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other irregular activity.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at 53bd will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳15,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A specified amount must be wagered before the bonus amount becomes withdrawable. The wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, to withdraw a ৳5,000 bonus, a total of ৳75,000 must be wagered.
5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Abuse of the bonus system (collecting bonuses across multiple accounts, making risk-free profits through strategic betting arrangements, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.
5.4 Other Promotions
53bd offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions. In any dispute related to a promotion, 53bd's decision will be considered final.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
The 53bd VIP program has four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is provided at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
Progression to a VIP tier depends on consistency of play and participation. 53bd reserves the sole right to determine how VIP benefits are awarded. Additional wagering requirements may apply alongside cashback — see your personal account for details.
7 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 53bd platform:
- Fraud, deception, or providing false information
- Using funds from illegal sources (money laundering)
- Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools
- Attempting to access another user's account
- Intentionally exploiting platform errors or vulnerabilities
- Obtaining bonus benefits through multiple accounts
- Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other users
- Using the platform for the benefit of third parties
If any of the above activities are detected, 53bd reserves the right to close the account, seize the balance, and take any necessary legal action without prior notice.
8 Game Rules and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Game Results
All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer technology. In any dispute regarding a game result, 53bd's server logs will be accepted as final proof.
8.2 Technical Errors
If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, 53bd reserves the right to correct or recover that amount. Decisions regarding bets or winnings lost due to technical issues will be made after investigation.
